Crystal was born in Manhattan and raised in Maplewood, N.J. where she’s thrilled to come back home and tell your stories as a member of the legendary Channel 7 Eyewitness News Team which to her is a dream come true.
Having joined WABC-TV previously, she has reported for KYW-TV in Philadelphia, where she chased breaking news, covered general assignment and features stories, and also played on having enterprise stories. she did lead the top One Emmy-nominated investigation which led to a change in Philadelphia fire escapes inspections regulations.
She was a reporter before Philly and a fill-in Anchor/Host at WBRE-TV in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Cranmore did have a report on major breaking news and events having to include the 2016 presidential campaigns of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, the ravage caused by a rare typhoon, and the battle close to Wilkes-Barre City Hall in honor of Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
She achieved a Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Award for a sequence of reports she made that included the battle to close City Hall and the Pennsylvania House of Representatives also awarded her a citation for her community service efforts.
