In 2004, Baxter rose to fame when she was featured in the music video for Petey Pablo’s single Freek-A-Leek” She has been dubbed “Miss Freek-a-Leek” due to her appearance in that video. Due to her beauty, she was later hired by many huge artists, and appeared in their music videos including Ludacris’s “Number One Spot”, Will Smith’s “Switch”, and Nelly’s “Shake Ya Tailfeather” and Kanye West’s “The New Workout Plan”. She has also been in a number of magazines, such as Smooth, VIBE, King, and XXL.
In August 2007, she retired from modeling and video shoots in order to attend college. In an interview, she revealed about going from modeling to acting.

That Time Dad-to-Be Joe Budden Joked About Assaulting Esther Baxter & Her Miscarrying Their Child.
