Brogadir previously worked as a general assignment reporter for WCVB’s NewsCenter 5 team since August 2016. Before that, he served in Boston as a sports anchor at Comcast SportsNet New England (CSNNE) and as a news reporter at New England Cable News (NECN).

Over the years, Brogadir has had the opportunity to report from the sidelines through the historic championship runs of Boston’s professional teams and documented the courage and perseverance of local student-athletes. Also, he has covered many of the moments that have changed lives in New England, such as the Boston Marathon bombings and manhunts through Cambridge and Watertown; the line of duty deaths of Weymouth Police Sgt. Michael Chesna and Worcester firefighter Christopher Roy; the capture of James ‘Whitey’ Bulger in Santa Monica, CA; the attack in Sandy Hook, CT; and the deadly tornado that carved a path through western and central Massachusetts.

Prior to Boston, Brogadir was a reporter and anchor at WNEP-TV in Scranton, PA where he won an Associated Press award for investigative journalism; WHOI-TV in Peoria, IL; KREX- TV in Grand Junction, CO; and was a producer at KNSD-TV in San Diego, CA. Previously, he was a two-way bilingual (Spanish) teacher and football coach at Walsh Middle School in Framingham.

Its studios are located on TV Place in Needham, Massachusetts. Its transmitter is located on Cedar Street, as well as in Needham, on a tower that is shared with several other television and radio stations.
