Robinson served for KETV in Omaha, Nebraska for five years prior to coming to Denver. While in Omaha, Nebraska she held many titles. She landed a job as the Morning Traffic Anchor and General Assignment Reporter. Upon her graduation and earning her Broadcast Meteorology Certification from Mississippi State University, she joined the station’s weather team as a Meteorologist. While in Omaha, she covered record-breaking snowfall, historic flooding, annual severe weather and helped the morning and noon shows maintain the market’s highest ratings.
Robinson made several stopovers around Nebraska prior to getting to Omaha, briefly working in Kearney and Lincoln as a News Producer and Reporter/Weekend Weather Anchor, respectively. In addition, she was a Video Editor at KNSD in San Diego, CA, working behind the scenes to get her start in the news industry.
