Newt Gingrich (Newton Leroy Gingrich) is an accomplished American journalist, author, and politician currently working at FNC. He served as the 50th Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives between 1995 and 1999. In addition, he is a Republican and the U.S. Representative for Georgia’s 6th congressional district serving north Atlanta between 1979 and 1999 when he resigned.

Ginter suggested an open marriage but Gingrich disputed the suggestion.
Gingrich tied the knot with Callista Bisek in 2000, four months after divorcing Ginter. The couple resides in McLean, Virginia.
