Sean Hayes (Sean Patrick Hayes) is an American actor, comedian, and producer best known for playing Jack McFarland on the NBC sitcom Will & Grace. In addition, he runs a television production company known as Hazy Mills Production. The company produces shows such as Grimm, Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man, and Hollywood Game Night.
