She started her career at KFSM-TV in Fort Smith, Arkansas as a sports anchor/reporter covering the Arkansas Razorbacks and high school sports. Afterward, came to Oklahoma News 4 after spending 12 years at KSLA-TV in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Goins began as a sports anchor before quickly moving up to Sports Director, where she covered the LSU Tigers. She followed the team to SEC Championship and National Championship appearances, even covering the Tiger’s undefeated season behind quarterback Joe Burrow in 2019. Also made the switch to news when she was named Morning Anchor and Managing Editor, helping to wake up the Arklatex every morning for eight years.
