Juliette Goodrich is a skilled American journalist currently working at CBS 5, KPIX as an anchor. She has also won an Emmy Award-winning reporter. She is currently the weekend nighttime anchor. Goodrich joined the News team in 1997.

Davis with a degree in Communications and was awarded the Kelly Broadcasting Scholarship her senior year. She began her broadcasting television career reporting for Channel 30 in her hometown of Pleasanton during the early 90s and gained additional local and national experience reporting and anchoring for news stations in the Redding, Chico, and Sacramento television markets.

In addition, she has covered a wide variety of local and national stories. Goodrich added to her list of accomplishments with Emmy Nominations in “Breaking News” for her exclusive coverage of fugitive James Nivette’s capture in France and her exclusive coverage of the Bay Bridge shooting incident at KPIX 5.

Goodrich won the APTRA “Excellence in Spot News Coverage” for her reports on the anchor desk during the Oakland Super Bowl Riots in 2004. In 2005, she was recognized as the Reporter of the Year by The Women of Radio and Television Association. In 2006, she won an Emmy for Best Anchor and in 2007,  furthermore, she was awarded another Emmy for Best Newscast for the 5 pm news on KPIX 5.

She received another Emmy for Best Anchor.  She received an Emmy for Best Daytime Newscast for the noon show she anchors on weekdays. In 2012 she was awarded a NorCal RTNDA award for her multi-part series: “Hunger Challenge…Living on Food Stamp Budget for a Week.” And won her fifth Emmy for her team coverage on Batkid in 2014.

Juliette is active in many community organizations including the Alisa Ann Ruch Annual Burn Relay to support burn survivors in the Bay area, the Northern California Special Olympics, and the American Red Cross. Goodrich and her husband live in the East Bay with their three children.  She and her three children trained for three years together to earn their  Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do.
