Jupe initiated his acting journey in 2015 with appearances in the television series Penny Dreadful and Downton Abbey. By 2016, he played a notable role in the spy thriller series The Night Manager and also featured prominently in the series Houdini & Doyle. Transitioning to films in 2017, Jupe secured his first major role in the World War II drama The Man with the Iron Heart. During the same year, he appeared in the British film That Good Night played a lead role in the black comedy film Suburbicon directed by George Clooney, and featured in the comedy-drama Wonder as Jack Will, the best friend of Auggie Pullman. Additionally, he was cast in the short film adaptation of Stephen King’s My Pretty Pony.

In 2018, Jupe took on roles in the science fiction film The Titan and the horror film A Quiet Place, with the latter directed by John Krasinski based on Clooney’s recommendation. In 2019, he also starred in Honey Boy alongside Shia LaBeouf, an independent film depicting LaBeouf’s coming-of-age in the entertainment industry, with Jupe portraying the young version of the character based on LaBeouf. That same year, Jupe was featured in the film Ford v Ferrari. Moving into 2020, he played a role in the miniseries The Undoing.
