Mlodzinski is a sports anchor at WHEC-TV News10NBC. He became a part of WHEC in November 2021 after completing his master’s degree at Syracuse University in July of the same year. During the summer of 2021, Mlodzinski interned with WPRI in Providence, RI, contributing to the coverage of the New England Patriots’ training camp. Now, he is thrilled to leverage that experience as he covers another AFC East team, the Buffalo Bills. Hailing from Vernon, CT, a suburb of Hartford, Mlodzinski grew up amidst UConn and Boston influences. Despite this, he remained loyal to his Syracuse Orange, Knicks, Yankees, and Washington Football Team. Mlodzinski was actively involved in basketball and golf during his youth, but he knew that after high school, he would need to retire his jersey and cleats to pursue a career off the court. It was at Seton Hall University that he discovered his passion.
During his time in South Orange, NJ, Mlodzinski served as an on-air talent for Seton Hall Athletics broadcasts on the Pirate Sports Network. Additionally, he hosted radio shows and worked as a play-by-play broadcaster for the Marconi Award-winning student radio station, WSOU 89.5 FM. His most cherished experiences as a student reporter involved editing and assisting with social media behind the scenes at Madison Square Garden during Big East Tournaments and media days. The Pirates also achieved significant victories during his tenure, and he remains a committed supporter, using the hashtag #HALLin. Now, as Mlodzinski transitions from Salt City to Roc City, he is excited about exploring a new area and continuing his journey in the field of reporting.
